Today I found finally a coupe which is quite similar to the old-fashioned cocktail coupe and decided to inaugurate it with an East India Cocktail! Also this cocktail is a premiere for myself.

Ingredients

2 ounces Brandy

1/2 ounce Orange Curacao

1/4 ounce Pineapple Syrup (unfortunately not home-made)

1/4 ounce Maraschino Liqueur

2 dashes Peychaud´s Bitter (unfortunately i do not have Boker´s Bitters)

Preparation

Sitr everything in a mixing glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

What shall I say? This drink is more on the sweeter side! It has such a deepness of various flavors, like brandy, pineapply, orange, cherry, lemon, its really a great and fabulous drink! Don´t lose it, try it!!
