One of the best modern drinks is the Chocolate Caipirinha! A key ingredient is the Mozart Black from Salzburg/ Austria. It is a fine dark chocolate liqueur, a 87% pure cocoa macerate, the alcoholic base is a distillate from sugar cane, thus matches well with Cachaca, doesn´t it?
2cl Mozart Black
1-2 BS brown sugar
Cut the lime into pieces. Muddle it in a glass, add the sugar, Cachaca and Mozart Black and stir well. Fill the glass with crushed ice and serve!
Mmmhh, a Caipirinha with chocolate taste, it is really something very special, delicious!!
